Our quality control begins at the development stage. With state-of-the-art development software and our own measuring laboratories, we are able to design and optimize innovative vehicle lights even before they go into series production. We rely exclusively on state-of-the-art LED technology to ensure maximum efficiency and performance.
A decisive advantage lies in our vertical integration. From the design to the production of the individual components, everything takes place under one roof. Our highly qualified employees use state-of-the-art production facilities to precisely manufacture and assemble plastic parts and electronic components. We use various techniques such as injection molding, CNC machining and laser engraving.
In order to continuously monitor the quality of our products, we rely not only on mechanical monitoring mechanisms, but also on the expertise of our employees. Through their meticulous manual work and constant monitoring of all production processes, we ensure that every single component meets our high quality standards.
Our quality policy aims to guarantee our customers consistently high quality and to meet the requirements of the European approval authorities. We are therefore certified in accordance with the ISO9001:2015 guidelines and carry out regular quality tests in our lighting measurement laboratory.
Reliability is another cornerstone of our corporate philosophy. We see ourselves as a provider of lighting solutions for small and medium-sized companies that are looking for high-quality lighting products and value „Made in Germany“ production. The high quality of our products forms a reliable bond with our customers. At Jedermann AG, we consider social responsibility to be an integral part of our corporate identity. Our employees are the heart of our company and many of them have been part of our team for 20 or even 30 years. In-house production and sustainability
An important component of our social responsibility is the in-house production of injection molds and equipment as well as the production of our plastic parts in-house. This holistic approach not only ensures high quality and flexibility, but also reduces transport routes and thus minimizes our ecological footprint.
Regional supply chains
As a company based in Germany, we prefer to source our components and materials from suppliers in Germany or Europe. This ensures a secure supply chain and supports the local economy while reducing emissions. We also focus on sustainable logistics by delivering most of our goods ourselves and bundling them in order to reduce emissions and make our contribution to environmental protection.
